Brianna: I’ve heard of cold brew. It sounds really gimmicky. I mean, why would you brew coffee with cold water?
Ford: Well, it isn’t as bitter as hot brewed coffee. But it’s really strong. Add a little water until it’s just right.
Brianna: It sounds like it grows on you once you start drinking it. Can I try some?
Ford: Be my guest! You’ll never go back to regular coffee once you try it.

브리아나: 포드, 냉장고에 검은 액체가 든 저 병은 뭐야? 좀 무섭게 생겼는데.

브리아나: 콜드부루에 대해 들어 보긴 했지만, 너무 상술처럼 들리던데. 내 말은, 왜 커피를 차가운 물로 우려내는 건데?
포드: 왜냐면, 뜨거운 물로 내린 커피만큼 쓰지가 않거든. 그래도 엄청 진하다고. 적당한 맛이 날 때까지 물을 조금씩 넣어야 해.
브리아나: 한번 마시기 시작하면 점점 빠져드나 봐. 나 마셔 봐도 돼?
포드: 물론이지! 한번 마시기 시작하면 다시는 일반 커피로 못 돌아갈걸.

A concentrate or something that is concentrated is denser or thicker than usual. For example, orange juice concentrate is juice that has been squeezed from oranges and then heated so much that the water evaporates.
